Your property could help improve your community's communication services and internet conectivity. Not only will this improve the community's well being, you will also be compensated and rewarded for leasing your space.
For Rooftops, the cell site will occupy a 5x5 sqm.
For Greenfields, the cell site will occupy a minium of 12x12 sqm. and a maximum of 20x20 sqm.
The Telco companies are in need of two main types of properties: Rooftops and Open Fields.
Telcos are looking for Rooftops in populated areas, taller than neighboring structures, at least 3 stories tall, and with an open space of at least 5x5 sqm.
Telcos are looking for Open Land in populated areas or neighborhoods, with a minimum land area of 10 x 10 sqm and maximum land area of 20 x 20 sqm.
The Telco will offer a lease contract for 10 years.
Yes.
For Open Land owners, the Telco will apply for its own electrical power.
For rooftop owners, the collocation of power may be considered if the existing electrical loading can accommodate the additional cell site electrical load requirement. Otherwise, Globe will apply for its own line.
Yes. The Telco aims to give the owner a convenient experience and will take care of necessary paperwork with the Telco's contractor.
Yes. The Telco will be conducting management and maintenance sessions on the cell site. Field operation groups will visit the cell site at least once a month or when a problem arises that will be subject to troubleshooting. A proper access letter will be processed accordingly.
The reward/token will be revealed by the Telco.
You are allowed to nominate as many properties as you like.

Assessment & Acquisition

You will be notified if your nomination is part of the target areas for network expansion. All succeeding instructions and progress reports will be coordinated directly with you.


Reward

A token of appreciation will be given for every property that results in a cell site.
